Over the past 15 years, Ms. LeRiche’s work experience has included customer service in the banking and credit industries, and as a research analyst for the local county government.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in English. This, along with work experience, has provided her with a solid foundation for writing, proofreading and editing. She has expertise in research methods, survey design, data collection and data analysis and is very experienced in web related research.

As a talented professional with a diverse background, Ms. LeRiche has strong critical thinking and complex problem solving skills. She understands the always emerging Social Media and Internet Marketing landscape which are crucial aspects of a small businesses online marketing strategy and presence.
