New clients are asked to pre-pay 5 hour deposit prior to the start of any work to see if we like working together.

After that you can pre-purchase hours in 5, 10, & 20 hour increments

Retainer Packages / Guaranteed Hours

I can provide a quote for you for a customized retainer package.


Terms:
After the initial consultation most phone consultations are billable, as are extensive email responses to clients. Email is the most efficient and fastest way for communicating work requests and questions

Expenses are added to the invoice. Any Out of Pocket expenses made on your behalf such as purchases made on your behalf, travel time, special projects requiring outside printing, postal costs.
